Refund Policy

1. Return window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund. This applies to all Hardero orders regardless of delivery location, in accordance with consumer protection principles equivalent to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. Conditions for return
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
- The seal must be intact and the product must be unused.
- The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Opened or partially used bottles are not eligible for return, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
3. How to request a refund
To initiate a return, email us at info@flexremove.world with your order reference, contact name and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not return the product without first contacting us.
4. Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order (or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders). Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.
5. Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned more than 14 calendar days after receipt.
- Orders where the return request was not pre-approved by our team.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@flexremove.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
